|Recommended: YesCable went out today and called the office expecting an excuse but lo and behold Taylor said she would call cox and she did and got them to fix the issue. Finally management that seems to to care Thanks again Taylor for taking care of the problem so quickly
|Recommended: Noi would say this place is a work in progress. people sell drugs in the back building and all apartments are just hotel rooms. some are updated but most are not. no real problems. there is a cop who sits in parking lot overnight which is ok. office staff is really nosey always looking to see if your name is the room and if it's not they will cause problems apt or hotel room b204 is updated but has a power box outside on wall that hums all day long and you can hear it in apartment or hotel room which ever you prefer there is a hotel key to get in room not a real key they will charge you 20 extra dollars for lost key. the place is clean but not depicted in picture on website. gym is for residents only is a small room and you have to ask staff to let you in the use gym, but they will tell you it's not in service they. the amenities your get is not avaivblie is what I'm saying.

We are very thankful for your honest review, we always love to hear about how we can make Mezzo apartments a better place to call home.
We have recently added a security gate for pedestrians and vehicles, we also offer a sparkling pool which is open during the summer months, as well as a state of the art fully renovated Gym with all the features you would find in any comercial gym.
Our office staff is tasked with keeping control of who enters and uses our facilities as well as who enters the property to keep those who dont belong here out, so the property remians exclusive for our residents quiet enjoyment and their authorized guests.
If you are currently experiencing any maintenance issues, please feel free to contact us at (702) 734 6788 or stop by the office which is open 7 days a week to place your work order and have one of our techs (available 24/7 for emergencies) come out to repair what needs fixing.

|Recommended: YesYes the upgrades are nice. its like a whole new place. They do have a pool but its not open this season . They have put it in Gym. it will be opening soon. They updated the dog park areas and the office staff is great. Possibly the most affordable in town.. the 1 bedroom units are plenty room for a single person or a couple.all together it is becoming definitely better then ever
